Fine art prints and canvases ship in 3-6 business days. Processing times for other products vary and estimates are listed in the product details.
US domestic shipping is available at checkout for prints and products. If you’re local to Jacksonville, Florida, some products have a local pickup option available at checkout. For international orders, please reach out with your details and desired order and we can provide an estimate.
Original paintings are available for local pickup, or you may choose to ship with a deposit of $100 at checkout. This is a deposit towards the cost of shipping and we’ll follow up with a final quote to complete your purchase. You’re also welcome to reach out for a shipping quote ahead of purchasing, however the only way to reserve your chosen painting is by purchasing with a shipping deposit.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are at all unhappy with your product, please let us know! Most prints and products can be returned within 14 days.
Large canvas prints are made to order and sales are final. Please ensure the size selected is perfect for your space!
If you’ve received an item that is damaged, please let us know within 14 days so we can replace the item at no cost.
Be sure to include the order number and item(s) you wish to replace or return in your message. You’ll be issued a full refund within 2-6 days upon return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility.
